1. Describe
and undertand the costing system and payment system of the organization, and
make critical discussion on its effectiveness with supporting references.
2. Describe
another perspecitve of financial management, such as budgeting plan/setting, capital budgeting etc., and critically
evaluate the effectiveness with reference supported.
