M(measurable)-how will you meaure your goals? (ie. you want to increase customer engagement by 20%)
A(attainable)-is your goal within reach? Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
R(realistic)-Is your goal possible? Is it practical? Will you exhuast all efforts or stretch yourself too thin. Small and steady progress that can be maintained is better than quick change that cannot be sustained.
T(timeframe)- choose a timeframe. Do you have short term and long term goals? Are some of your goals dependent upon the success of other goals?
