Creating a RCOS (READING CODE ORGANIZATION SHEET) for my theoretical criminological paper that will focus on the impact of legalization of drugs in canada

This topic would focus on the potential effects of drug legalization on various types of crime in Canada.

Key aspects I may wish to investigate:

1. Topic Focus:

• Considering limiting the scope to certain forms of recreational drugs. Are you concentrating entirely on cannabis, or would you like to include other substances, such as psychedelics or MDMA? – only cannabis/marijuana (no discussion of psychoactive drugs) 

• Are you interested in researching the influence of legalization on both the supply and demand sides of crime, or do you prefer to focus on one over the other? I prefer to discuss the supply of marijuana legalization and the supply in Canada. (providing stats of marijuana shops for recreational use and medicinal use shops) (To be NOTED: indigenous reserves that have dispensaries would not be accounted for in the stats) 

2. Research Questions and Sub-questions:

Main Research Question: How does legalizing recreational drugs affect crime rates in Canada?

Sub-questions:

1. Did any changes occur in the rates of violent crimes (e.g., killings, assaults) as recreational drugs were legalized?

2. Did drug legalization affect the number of nonviolent crimes, such as theft and burglary?

3. Is there a variation in the impact of drug legalization on crime rates between areas or demographic groupings in Canada?

4. To what extent do law enforcement techniques and resource changes influence crime rates after legalization?

5. How do access to treatment and harm reduction measures affect the relationship between drug legalization and crime rates? 

My paper is theoretically based (I still don’t know what theories to apply). This is where the Arcos sheet should help me. For this task, I need 15-20 resources of Canadian peer-reviewed accessible articles, and in the Rcos sheet, you need 6 coloums for 1-author,year, 2-ROF (result of finding), 3-SPL (summary of previous literature), 4- CPL/GAP (Critique and gap in prev literature), 5-  RFW (rec. for future work),  6 -POC/RPP (POINT OF CRITIQUE/POINT TO PURSUE). I only need to answer for each specific column with the correct chosen article, make sure all articles are 2010 and up and Canadian based research/theory based; if you can help me focus and come up with a nice clean RCOS sheet, that would be great, RCOS sheet should be thorough
