Make the focus of the paper research from other countries or cultures (Not the USA) that supports the way to lower crime rate thesis. please add a opppsing viewpoint paragraph before the conclusion with support that oppose the thesis.
also I am open to another Topic if it is easier for you but remember it has to be a global issue. And some topic are off limits to my instructor just message me if you have a better idea. I don’t mind switching the topic.
