• Does any of the work challenge you? Your beliefs? Your ideas of what art “should” or
“could” be? Your aesthetic tastes?
• If you were organizing this exhibition, which historical artist(s) would you include?

GRADING CRITERIA
Description of work in exhibition: Identify media, visual forms, overarching themes or bodies
of work. (30 pts)
Review of work: Clear and informed opinion of work, use knowledge/examples from this
semester to defend your position. (70 pts)
Mechanics: Correct grammar, punctuation and spelling, well-written, clear. (15 pts)
Overall: Shows dedication of time and effort, serious consideration of exhibited work and
meaningful, critical responses. (35 pts)
Total (150 pts)
