The paper should be typed on one Word document and include the following: (a) title page; (b) double spacing; (c) 1-inch margins; (d) Times New Roman typescript; (e) font size 12; (f) heading levels; and (g) reference page if in-text citations are included. 1. Describe any newfound information and skills you acquired throughout the course by highlighting theories, techniques, and strategies that were presented.

6. Describe the importance of implementing self-care strategies appropriate to the counselor role and discuss your intention of applying these concepts in your future professional practice.
