This systematic review aims to explore and analyze the cultural and social factors influencing the acceptance of
advance care planning with healthcare providers among racially and ethnically diverse populations in the United
States. Research Question(s)/Hypotheses
What are the cultural and social beliefs, practices, or other factors that influence the acceptance of advance care Population/Sampling
• Will include diverse studies encompassing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research, all published within the last ten years.
• Focus will remain strictly on studies conducted within the United States and available in English
• A broad spectrum of races, religions, cultures, ethnicities, and LGBTQ+ communities will be represented.
• The review will incorporate studies from all healthcare settings
• There will be no restriction based on health status or conditions as long as the studies address aspects of end-of-life care, advance directives, or related themes within the cultural context.
• The literature search will utilize a comprehensive set of keywords related to advance care planning and cultural considerations.
• For exclusion criteria, studies that do not focus on advance care planning or related themes in the context of cultural considerations will be omitted. Additionally, non-peer-reviewed articles, commentaries, opinion pieces, and studies conducted outside the United States or not in English will be excluded. Further, studies that do not provide precise data or outcomes related to advance care planning in diverse cultural contexts will also be excluded.

For each research question create a results section. Please remember to put all tables and figures in APA 7th format. For a systematic review, students must report findings with an evidence table.

RESULTS
Introduction
The following section will present the results of the study… first descriptive findings will be reported…next…students will report the findings of their studies based on methods. Descriptive findings are the characteristics of the study sample. This section length will vary by study design, quantitative studies are likely to be the shortest, while qualitative studies can be quite long. Section length could be 10-30 pages, with no strict limitations here (you find what you find!)
Characteristics of the Study Sample
Report what the demographic characteristics of the final study sample was. This will likely include a demographic table of results. For systematic reviews the sample is the papers, “From the literature search (n=x) papers were included in the analysis.”
