1. Consulting to the instructor, each student will select a technology (i.e., Big data, Blockchain, IoT, AI,…) and a sector (i.e., finance, education, manufacturing, tourism, space, defense,…) to write a research paper titled, “Current landscape and influence of (selected technology) on the (selected sector)”.
2. Research and analyze the issue, and write a research paper of 3100 words (minimum 10 and maximum 15 pages) using proper report design methodology.
3. The research paper will require the student to make use of the skills and knowledge acquired during this course, as well as to assess the understanding and application of IS concepts.
4. Students are strongly encouraged to consult with the instructor as they proceed with their work on the paper. The instructor will provide regular feedback on the work submitted to make sure that the students are on the right track to complete the paper successfully.
