Part 1
In 200-250 words address the following:
- Define what an organization is and explain connections between your definition and aspects of your selected organization.
- Explain how communication within your selected organization differs from other types of communication that exists outside of organizations.
Select one of the following fictional situations that you will address for your selected organization:
1. There was a bad publicity on raising prices of a product/service
2. A new policy is being implemented for employees or customers
3. They are cutting some of the benefits for employees.
Based on the situation that you chose, in 750-1,000 words address the following:
Describe the stakeholders the organization should communicate to regarding the situation.
Determine what the objective is for communicating to the stakeholders in the situation.
Describe all the appropriate communication channels to use to address the situation and why those channels are best.
Part 3
design one of the following promotional materials to communicate and promote your solution to the situation:
- a social media post
- a flyer
- a poster
- internal newsletter
Use graphics and visual elements to make your selected promotional material appealing. Use Canva or another design platform/software to create your promotional material.
Use branding elements and approaches that represent the identity of the organization.
Your promotional materials should clearly communicate to the appropriate stakeholders and address the objective you identified in part 1 and 2.
