Hello I am looking for an essay to be written for a university assignment. The topic question is “Describe how resilience, emotional intelligence and self-awareness are key personal skills that student nurses require to show professionalism”
The sources (articles, journals etc) must be UK based. Peer-reviewed sources is preferable and sources should be within 5/6 year timeframe (2018 onwards is fine).
Some sources which are ideal/essential to refer to would be The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) which is a regulatory body for Nursing and Midwifery professionals within the UK- therefore good to refer back to. The NMC Code 2018 which is the professional standards of practice and behaviour for Nurses and Midwives to adhere to. and Royal College of Nursing (RCN) is quite useful too.
Must be Harvard style referencing and in-text referencing is essential generally after every sentence to back it up with proof – opinions are not needed as such.
