Utilizing the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and attached Functional Requirements, develop three unique use case diagrams. You may link multiple use cases to a single functional requirement or develop multiple requirements. It is recommended that you start your analysis by identification of the stakeholders.
Assignment must be submitted within a Word document. It is recommended that the analysis be performed within an MBSE tool or software such as Microsoft Visio. Screenshots or exports of the use case must be pasted within the Word file (not the model file). Each use case diagram must have at least one actor and two events within the diagram. The use case diagrams may reference each other if desired, although this is not required. You may need to make assumptions in terms of desired functionality/performance within the system if sufficient detail is not provided in the SOW.
Use cases typically result in the identification of additional requirements. These are typically non-functional in nature. As part of your assignment, you must identify at least two new requirements for each use case diagram. The use cases are due in this module, and they do not require the use of APA. No references required.
Submit the following in this module assignment:
- Word Document with three use case diagrams. Each use case diagram must include a short paragraph detailing the diagram and interactions.
- Table or graphic showing traceability between user needs, requirements from requirements document (attached), and the use case diagrams.
- Listing of new requirements (six total) identified with traceability to use case diagrams. You must also indicate what type of non-functional requirement each is (quality, reliability, etc.).
