Developing Leadership and Management Skills throughout a Business simulation game

Me and 4 people had to play a business simulation game where we made choices as if we were a car company throughout 4 weeks. Each week we entered decisions and a year would pass in the game. We all had to meet every week to discuss our decisions together and learn from the past. My role was mostly to come up with the number of cars we’d produce and how many workers we’d hire, stuff like that. Our company was very succesful especially for the first 2 weeks however our last 2 we had a slight decline but still ended 2nd best in our class. We maintained good communication throughout. Provide with a link to appropriate theory from your Leadership and Management class (Bulbin and Tuckman mostly), a critical evaluation of the of the performance of the team and a personal reflection on my role in the team, and how I developed some Leadership and Management skills too.
