ABSTRACT – The abstract, nevertheless, lacks a bit the research question, it is stated later in the concept, but the start is a bit descriptive.
LITERATURE REVIEW – you could pinpoint a lot earlier and more clearly, why organizational culture is so specific, different, and difficult to manage in the case of MLM companies.
Regarding the literature review, I saw that you already read numerous books, but you should integrate even more scientific journals. There you will find a lot more specific and current research.
One that even came first was about organizational culture in MLM during the Covid-19-pandemic policies. A dissertation should be similarly specific. Here are some results from scholar.google.com:

Maybe after reading some of the existing material you might want to focus your research question even more.
!!!!! What you could / should integrate now is also the outline for the whole thesis.
