The grade of my thesis was not transferable, some changes need to be made so that I can successfully complete my course. The submitted pdf file is attached. Below are the editors’ comments: The thesis has serious problems at least to the following: 1. The abstract does not correspond to the content of the thesis. 2. There were no research questions defined to guide the research. 3. The topic appears to be “Supply Chain” in the title. From page 17 the “freight forwarding industry” is discussed. It is not clear if the survey covered the first (more general industry) or the later. 4. The methodology part does not explain how the 31 articles were found and why they were selected. 5. The “Literature Review” chapter (without defining which literature is relevant for the scope of the study) seems not connected to the survey. 6. The “Results” chapter mixes demographics with content questions. All in all, there were just 7 “content” questions, collecting very superficial information about familiarity, usefulness and challenges about “digital tools” in the supply chain sector. 7. There is no information about companies, sub-sectors and participants in the survey. There is no data available even in a restricted access environment to validate the filled in questionnaires. 8. The survey has a very remote connection with the title of the thesis. The discussion part is very weak, superficially repeating content from the literature and presenting a one paragraph summary of the survey results. 9. Conclusions are not grounded on the findings of the thesis. They are to a great extent arbitrary.
