You are either working in Human Resources or you are an administrator of a clinic or hospital department. A candidate is interviewing for an open position. They identify has having some mobility and visual disabilities.
Please discuss the rules of the Americans with Disabilities Act required to be considered when thinking about hiring a person with disabilities. What should you consider? What CAN’T you consider? How would you go about making a decision/recommendation or offer of employment? What could be the consequences if you do not offer the position to this person?
