Social Media Branding
It is essential that you understand how companies are using social media to connect with customers and build their brand. This assignment follows one company via social media for at least four days. It must be a company that is actively engaged in social media marketing using at least two of the following four forums: Facebook page, Twitter account, YouTube Channel, and company blog.
Your assignment is to follow the companies in all four of these social media and report on your observations here in the discussion board.
Your posting should include clear, detailed explanations and analysis of the way the company or brand used their social media this week. Note: you don’t have to subscribe to these social media to observe their content and analyze it.
Marketing Channels
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of conventional marketing media (like TV, print, etc.) versus social media and digital marketing channels.
