You should back up your ideas and discussion by footnoting supporting sources from all of your assigned readings for each report. Skipping a book, primary literary source, or an assigned journal reading in an attempt to answer the journal/essay question will result in a lower score, thus, make sure that you have demonstrated that you have read all the assignments by creatively integrating supporting references from each of the reading sources as they apply to the journal/essay question in your Syllabus.
