All of the instructions from the professor will be provided below. It is important to know that this discussion post is supposed to be a personal reflection. This is why I did not specify the number of resources required, becuase the discussion is supposed to be about your life or examples from your life. Obviously I’m sure you don’t want to put actual examples from your life into someone else’s paper so I encourage you to make up examples and write like they did happen to you. You are also encouraged to use eexamples from the bible to support your reflection, but other than that no scholarly resources are required.
Professors Instructions:
The primary objective of this activity is to apply lessons learned and reflect upon instances of personal development and application of personal leadership growth. You should consider lessons and concepts covered in the course and make an effort to observe or to put those concepts into practice. Fully understanding and implementing the course learning outcomes are crucial. In this Discussion, look at either this week’s learning outcomes or last week’s learning outcomes (readings, presentations) located within the module’s folder. Address each outcome within the chosen week’s learning outcome by making them personal to your life. What do those outcomes mean to you? How have you see them enacted by others or you yourself have put them into action?
Learning Outcomes to be used for this discussion:

- Discuss the relationship between authority, responsibility, and accountability, and how the relationship relates to conduct.
- Distinguish how the concepts of authority, responsibility, and accountability relate to human factors analysis of situations in aviation operations.
Again, this discussion is meant to be a personal reflection, so use personal examples (or made up examples) from your life to address the 3 learning outcomes.

The example provided below was for a different set of learning outcomes than the ones you will have to write about. The example is purely to give you a baseline idea of how the discussion needs to be written, however, pay attention to how the example is written from a personal standpoint.
