In Week 1 of the quarter, schedule a virtual meeting with your mentor. Your mentor will conduct the meeting using a web conferencing platform. Once you have completed the VCI, write up a summary of your discussion.
Include in your summary:
- Confirmation of the tasks you will complete this term.
- Timeline for turning in drafts.
- Extenuating circumstances that may impede your progress this term.
- Additional information you discussed in your VCI.
