Part I: Evaluation of Sources

Word Count: 500- 700

This section requires students to analyze in detail two of the sources that they will use in their investigation.  The sources should be one primary and one secondary source.  In this section students must:

  • Clearly, state the question they have chosen to investigate.

  • Include a brief explanation of the nature of the two sources they have selected for detailed analysis, including an explanation of their relevance to the investigation.

  • Analyze two sources in detail.  With reference to the origins, purpose, and content, the student should analyze the value and limitations of the two sources in relation to the investigation.

    • What are the values and limitations of the origin and content of the two most important sources in the paper.

Part II: Investigation

Word Count: 1800-2200 words

This section of the internal assessment task consists of the actual investigation.

  • The investigation must be clearly and effectively organized.

  • It must contain critical analysis that is focused clearly on the question being investigated.

  • It must include the conclusion that the student draws from their analysis.

  • In this section students must use a range of evidence to support their argument.

Work Cited Page

A work cited page should be a clear referencing of all sources included in the  investigation but these are not included in the overall word count. This should be in Chicago format. All references in work cited should have corresponding text citations in the investigation.

This teacher is very very very strict about her papers. This thing is worth 200 points (about a third of my grade) and I am so done so I’ve given up and am asking someone to write it. She wants a majority of the sources to be primary, but since she’s super strict about the sources, we can’t use anything past 2014 because of the whole anything in the past 10 years is not a  history thing. But any articles which are written during the ban are primary which makes it a lot easier. Try to find pieces of legislation and news articles. Also when looking at the first section of the paper (the analysis of two sources that are major to the paper) make sure that they are consistent with the thesis and also explain the limitations and values of them. Make sure you use historians which are reputable and cite their careers and background in order to prove their validity in the essay. please don’t chat gpt my essay. thank you. If you really have any questions please email ********************** that’s my burner so it’s not personal but I need an A on this paper and I have absolutely no time to get this done so this is really my only option. Make sure that there are 10 or more sources that are related to the theme and the topic. Please reach out with any questions I would be happy to answer them. Thank you.
