My thesis, as part of my MSc Project Management, is titled `Employee Perceptions of Transformational, Transactional, and Situational Leadership: Exploring Their Impact on Motivation and Performance`. I have already submitted the proposal and can send it to you if you want. The research focuses on employees’ perceptions of three leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and situational) and their impact on employee commitment, satisfaction, stress, and motivation. I use a quantitative analysis method through a questionnaire, which has already been designed and is to be distributed online to employees from various industries. The research includes: A literature review that analyzes the effects of different leadership styles on job satisfaction and motivation. Research questions, such as how employees perceive their supervisors’ leadership style and how this affects their psychology and performance. Methodology, which is based on statistical analysis of responses from at least 60 participants via a Likert scale. The main text is estimated at 15,000 words and requires analysis of the data from the questionnaire to draw conclusions. I can actively participate where needed, providing information or supporting material. The work is structured, clear and thought-out, and requires only organization, writing and data analysis, making it an easy and manageable task for an experienced academic writer.
