Employment Law + Labor Relations Group Project Topic: Occupational Health and Safety for Small Business

Here are the overall instructions for my group project. You will have to summarize and write about 3 cases linked below with a works cited page. I linked the sources below. I only need 4 pages out of the 12.

Hello Everybody,

Earlier this month we were assigned general topics for our final Group project and instructed to find cases and law review articles in the Nexis-Uni database addressing the assigned Group project. You should find a minimum of 12+ cases and 3+ law review articles. Please discuss the following instructions with your Group members no later than Friday, March 28, 2025:

1. Cases and law review articles should be relatively recent, i.e. published within the past 5 years if possible.
2. Using those 12+ cases and 3+ law review articles compose a paper summarizing the law on the assigned topic, i.e. what do the courts say is the law on the topic and what is the court’s reasoning/argument in support of its ruling.
3. Paper/Projects must be word-processed, 12 pitch type, double spaced, readable font (Times New Roman is a good choice); 1 inch margins left, right, top, bottom; Course Title “Employment Law and Labor Relations” across the center of the cover page; Your Names, Course Code (MGT3420A), date on the lower right hand corner of the cover page; reference page.
4. These are Group projects. Each Group member must contribute to the research and writing of the paper/project.
5. Paper/Projects should approximate 10-12 pages in length consistent with the parameters as set forth in 3. above. Your cover page and reference page are not included in the 10-12 page length.
6. Paper/Projects are due back on or before 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
7. SUBMIT YOUR RESEARCH PAPER/PROJECT AS A PRINTED HARD COPY DOCUMENT, DO NOT SUBMIT IT AS AN ELECTRONIC ATTACHMENT REPLY EMAIL TO THIS EMAIL. DO NOT SEND IT TO BLACKBOARD OR CANVAS. DO NOT SEND IT AS A NEW SEPARATE EMAIL TO ME. IT MUST BE HANDED IN AS A PHYSICAL HARD COPY PAPER DOCUMENT. DO NOT SUBMIT IT AS A GOOGLE DOC, PDF OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A SIMPLE HARD COPY PAPER DOCUMENT.
8. ONLY ONE (1) COPY OF THE PAPER IS TO BE SUBMITTED BUT EACH GROUP MEMBER’S NAME MUST BE AFFIXED ON THE COVER PAGE.
9. USING A BLUE FLAIR TIPPED PEN PRINT 12:30 P.M. ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE COVER PAGE.
