The paper is a case study of UNICEF’s ongoing development project to bring education to enhance equal learning outcomes and equal employability for adolescent girls in Tanzania . Write a research analysis of the project using relevant literature with a view towards situating your analysis within a clear philosophical and analytical approach and making suggestions about what can be learned from the project experience and how to improve related projects in the future. The format of the paper should be as follows:
- Describe the place where the project is happening, generally and specifically.
- What are the conditions there that suggest this project is needed/wanted? What about this place influences its creation and delivery? How has it been determined that this project is useful, germane, and relevant?
- Describe the project, generally, materially and philosophically. What is it trying to achieve, what are the assumptions behind the project? Who is instigating it, who is it for, and what might be some of the obvious and subtle repercussions?
- Discuss your own theories of development. Who are some of the key thinkers and approaches that inform your approach and analyses? How do you describe development? What are some of the assumptions, beliefs and philosophical orientations that you bring to this work?
- Evaluate the project. Was it successful? And using whose evaluations?
- What can the larger body of development thinking and practice take away from this project? What do you suggest that other development practitioners/theorists learn from your evaluations of this project?
Budget documentation analysis is required to evaluate the project. Requires APA7 formatting and a minimum of 5 references to peer-reviewed literature.Website for reference:https://w05.international.gc.ca/projectbrowser-banqueprojets/project-projet/details/p010641001
