The research will involve semi-structured interviews with experts in positive psychology to gather insights on the challenges and benefits of standardization. The study aims to provide a thorough and detailed understanding of experts’ views on establishing standards in positive psychology. This methodological approach ensures that the findings are based on empirical data, offering valuable insights for developing a solid framework grounded in high-quality management principles. Parrallel with standards in coaching particulary ICF.
