DNP PROJECT
-WILL TAKE PLACE IN A PRIVATE PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC CONSISTING OF FIVE TO SIX PROVIDERS AND OTHER ANXILIARRY STAFF.
-All providers aREfamiliar with the concept of CBT
INSTRUCTIONS:
All responses should be a minimum of 400 words, scholarly written, APA formatted, and referenced. A minimum of 4 references are required (within 5 years).
PICOT QUESTION:
Will providing Evedence Based education ( I ) to clinicians ( DNPs, NPs, SWs, Drs) in six weeks ( T ) on how the combination of Pharmacotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are more effective in reducing depressive symptoms compared to Pharmacotherapy alone increase their CBT recommendation and referrel ( O ).
QUESTIONS:
1. Be specific on how you will recruit and get consent from particepants
2. Where will the education take place e.g as a group, in- person, virtual etc
3. Provide an education powerpoint for your presentation
4. How long will each session be in the six week period
5. Explain how the providers will conduct chat reviews after six weeks to see if providers referred more patients for CBT than previous.
6. When you talk about CBT you need to be specific as to what exact type you are using.
