EXAMINING AND ADOPTION OF CASHLESS PAYMENTS AMONG BRITISH CONSUMERS POST COVID-19

I need to calculate p-value, with Excel or SPSS. 

I have 4 research question:

      

  RQ1 – What socioeconomic
and demographic aspects of the shift to cashless transactions are at play? (Behera,
Bala and Rana, 2023)

  RQ2 – The rising demand
for cashless payment solutions has prompted companies and financial
institutions to respond in different ways (Scott, 2018).

 RQ3 – Which are the
advantages and disadvantages that customers see in relation to cashless
payments? (Donohue et. al., 2020).

RQ4 – In the
post-pandemic period, how sustainable is the move towards a cashless society? (Kulisz, Bojanowska, and
Toborek, 2021).


I need to demonstrate the research hypotheses:

  Research Hypotheses (RH) for RQ1 

 H0: Age, wealth, education, and geography are examples of socioeconomic and demographic characteristics that have no significant bearing on the use of cashless payment systems. 

 H1: Age, wealth, education, and geography are socioeconomic and demographic characteristics that have significant bearing on the use of cashless payment systems.

Research Hypotheses (RH) for RQ2 

 H0: The way that businesses and financial institutions react is not greatly impacted by the growing demand for cashless payment alternatives.

 H1: How businesses and financial institutions react is heavily influenced by the growing demand for cashless payment alternatives.

Research Hypotheses (RH) for RQ3

 H0: Consumers do not see any appreciable benefits or drawbacks to using cashless transactions.

H1: Consumer perceptions of the adoption of cashless payments include both notable benefits and drawbacks. 

Research Hypotheses (RH) for RQ4 

 H0: The shift towards a cashless society is not sustainable in the post-pandemic period

H1: In the post-pandemic era, the transition to a cashless society is sustainable.
