To publish thorough research, relevant stories, academic research and policy analysis are being used in this article to explain the effect of misleading trials in individuals and Māori families. The documentary provides in-depth consideration of the historical background and the overall socio-political context also revealing systematic injustice that exists today. In addition, the article performs the policy assessment regarding the proper level of justice system disparities and the measures that can be helpful to equalize the treatment across all society sectors. On top of a compassionate and thorough process this initiative wants to empower the weak, those with communal tradition and structure, to challenge the general views broadly in favour of a more substantial transformation anchored to reconciliation and principles which are to be equally practised by the entire Aotearoa famine.
