Maybe it is the diversity of the people working in the public sector that you find appealing (here you can

Perhaps the pay and benefits are an important consideration in your decision; if so, then you should address the typical levels of compensation for the entry-level position(s) that are of interest to you. Moreover, you could comment on some of the human resource management policies in place in public sector organizations that make government employment appealing to you (e.g., job sharing, work-life
