Final Report Instructions:
Write a five-page, single-spaced technical report exploring the impact of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) diagnostics for disease detection and patient outcomes. Ensure that the report is tailored to a realistic audience, preferably as outlined in the Proposal.
Include at least two new visuals. Additionally, incorporate one visual already provided in the Progress Report, specifically under “Work Completed.” The other two visuals should follow a similar format, including a citation and a brief description elucidating the visual’s content. In total, there should be three visuals.
Utilize at least four peer-reviewed academic sources, with three already provided in the Proposal under “Information Sources.” Supplement these with four more peer-reviewed academic sources. Remember to include in-text citations and adhere to APA 7 style format.
Note that only the pure text of the five pages counts toward the total length. The visuals, references, and preliminary pages such as the Letter of Transmittal, Title Page, Table of Contents, List of Tables and Figures, and Executive Summary do not count.
The report structure should encompass:
– Letter of Transmittal (1 page)
– Title Page
– Table of Contents
– List of Tables and Figures
– Executive Summary (1 page)
– Introduction
– Body
– Recommendation
– Conclusion
– References
The introduction, body, recommendation, and conclusion sections should sum up to five pages. One page of the report is already completed, available in the Progress Report under “Work Completed.” While modifications can be made to this page, it must be included in the final report.
A tentative outline is provided in the progress report; however, adjustments can be made as necessary.
