Complete a minimum 2000 word APA formatted research paper (2000 words for the body of the document, not including the title page, abstract, or reference page) on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s National Planning Frameworks (NPF) as part of the National Preparedness System.
In your research paper the following items must be include at a MINIMUM along with your coverage of the topic:
1. The five preparedness mission areas and the frameworks for each area
2. The National Incident Management System (NIMS) and its relationship with NPF
3. The National Preparedness Goal
Include a minimum of SIX references typed in APA format. One of the SIX MINIMUM sources must be the class text. Three of the SIX MINIMUM must be websites that end in .gov that are run by the US government (an example of this is dni.gov) or agency websites such as volusiasheriff.org. The other two plus of the SIX MINIMUM must come from peer reviewed scholarly journal articles collected from the Proquest database. A link to the Proquest database and instructions on how to access it are located at the top of each of the Journal Article Analysis assignments in this class. These are the references that you submitted last week in the Research Paper Prep Work (make sure to apply the feedback that I gave you on that assignment). However, if you would like to add references here that were not on the prep work that is fine as long as they are from only the acceptable locations above. ALSO ALL OF THE REFERENCES LISTED ON THE REFERENCE PAGE MUST BE CITED WITHIN THE BODY OF THE DOCUMENT IN APA FORMAT WHERE YOU USED IT. YOU WILL LOSE 20 POINTS OFF THE GRADE AUTOMATICALLY IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS.
I can send you a link for the two peer approved documents. Please make sure three of three of the references com from a .gov website.
