Final Service Quality Project Topic: Inconsistent Customer Service Experiences
Your final service quality project will be a paper that researches how to solve your “service quality issue”. You will identify this issue in week 1 during one of our discussions. The parameters of the paper will be posted on Bb. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the scholarly works that have been published on your service quality topic and what researchers have identified in terms of the topic. An example issue will be posted by me on the opening post of the discussion topic.
For your final project, you will take the service quality issue you identified in week 1 and develop a “plan of action” on how you think you could help reduce future occurrences of it. Of course, you can change the issue you want to research if something else has “come up” over the semester that interests you more.
Here are the guidelines:
1. Follow APA style formatting• You will need:i. Cover pageii. Introductioniii. Review of literatureiv. Proposed solution/plan of actionv. References 2. Paper needs to be a minimum of 10 pages (introduction and references are not included in this number) • 6-7 pages will be a literature review• 3-4 pages will be your “plan of action” of how you will take the research you have identified in your area and use it to develop a preventative plan to minimize this service quality problem. 3. Sources:• Master’s Students: you will need to cite at least 10 sources. Five of them need to be peer-reviewed manuscripts and five can be industry/trade journal articles.
