After reading “The Case of the Speluncean Explorers,” (and watching the youtube video), prepare a paper presenting your argument defending or rejecting Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz and the other authors’ opinions of this case in the Harvard Law Review’s article “The Case of the Speluncean Explorers: Revisited”.  The actual author of this article is Frank H. Easterbrook.  You can find article online via the Barry Electronic Library system or you can google it.  You may use information learned in class and additional research to support your answer.
