During Steve’s visit, we are going to hold some meals with Steve open to different groups of staff members. The goal of these sessions is to provide some unstructured time for staff to discuss needs, challenges, ideas, vision, etc. with Steve during his visit. There will be three meals:
 
Breakfast with Steve ( 5 mid/senior-level managers)
Tentatively scheduled 7-8am on Wednesday, 1/7
Open to up to 5 senior-level managers (research managers, directors, and supervisory staff who report to research managers/directors)
 
Dinner with Steve (5 junior-level managers)
Tentatively scheduled for 6:30pm on Wednesday, 1/7
Open to up to 5 junior-level management staff (staff in a supervisory role who report to mid-level managers)
 
Breakfast with Steve (5 non-management staff)
Tentatively scheduled 7-8am on Thursday, 1/8
Open to up to 5 non-management staff
 
Can you please put together lists of eligible staff members for each of the three groups and draft some surveys to identify individuals who would like to participate?
