This is a research paper for management and organizational behavior class. The instructions are attached below. We are essentially writing a research paper on StartUp Wind and analyzing its management issues. We need to utilize theories(only focus on 2 or 3 that are prevalent to the issues present in the company. Utilize quotes directly from our interviewee Uday. The paper is written in APA format.

  1. I would use either social identity theory or organizational commitment. It seems you are using them for similar arguments
  2. For Fiedler Model: Make sure you explain:
    – the favorability of the situation (low, moderate, high)
    – the leadership style
    and see if they are a good match
  3. Supporting Articles: These articles should be used to analyze the experience in the start-up. If they do not help, please do not use them. You can cite the book
  4. Good solutions! Make sure you provide details in the paper
