Assignment Introduction:
Using what you have learned throughout this course, you will synthesize the information to create a 7- to 8-minute PowerPoint and video presentation to discuss an upcoming quality improvement project with all staff. This will include your finance manager, clinical support staff, providers, and administrative staff.

Assume that you have met with a small team previously to design a quality improvement project and have developed a plan. Using the knowledge of your previous assignments, outline the following:
- the reason for the project (the why)
- the impact to your patient population
- a discussion of health disparities within this population as it pertains to the project
- your plan, including data collection and potential barriers to the project
Minimum Submission Requirements
- Your submission is created in a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation or other video presentation tool.
- To meet the objective requirements, your presentation is at least six content slides in length, excluding the title and reference slides, and is an audio/visual presentation. It can contain speaker’s notes that you can reference.
- Your submission includes specific examples of concepts, topics, definitions, and other elements to demonstrate mastery of the objective.
- Proper notification of any resubmission, repurposing, or reworking of prior work per the Purdue Global Student Coursework Resubmission, Repurposing, and Reworking Policy Resource.
- Respond to the questions in a thorough manner, providing specific examples of concepts, topics, definitions, and other elements asked for in the questions. Your submission should be highly organized, logical, and focused.
- Your submission should provide a clearly established and sustained viewpoint and purpose.
- Your writing should be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful.
- Your submission must be written in Standard English and demonstrate exceptional content, organization, style, and grammar and mechanics.
- A separate page at the end of your submission should contain a list of references in APA format. Use your textbook, the Library, and the internet for research.
- Be sure to include references for all sources and to cite them using in-text citations where appropriate. Your sources and content should follow current APA citation style. - Your submission should:
- include a title page;
- be double-spaced;
- be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font; and
- be free of spelling or punctuation errors.
