For this Assignment, you are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that is a thorough pitch deck for the elevator speech you prepared in a previous module.
Drawing upon your learning in previous courses and current research, you are to prepare a pitch deck including, at a minimum, the following:
- Project description and persuasive argument for pursuit.
- A thorough analysis of the benefits and risks of pursuing this project.
- Any legal implications that should be considered
- SWOT and/or Porter’s five forces analysis
- Cost-benefit analysis – include expenses, potential revenue, as well as any indirect or non-financial benefits as well.
