I have seen that the data for the Week 8 Assignment: Health Care Options (HCO) Project: Database and Structured Query Language (SQL) Query Assignment is a bit problematic for some students, resulting in them spending more time adjusting the data vice crafting the queries needed for the assignment. Attached is a script to run on the database for this file to load the data correctly to allow you to spend time writing the queries for this assignment. Please run this on the database before writing your queries.

For Query 35, it should also read as 2014, not 2013, in the instructions. However, you will still get the appropriate number of rows if you use 2013.
