Hypothesis: “ “Primary school teachers in urban areas of the United States may face significant challenges in accurately diagnosing intellectual disabilities in children from diverse ethnic backgrounds due to cultural and linguistic barriers, lack of adequate training, and reliance on assessment tools that may not be culturally responsive.”
2) literature review
3) methodology (including research design, instruments, participants (sampling), and procedures).
