- Analyze a text’s effective use of rhetoric – how did the assessments lend to the strength of the argument?
- Analyze a text’s ineffective use of rhetoric – why didn’t the argument work?
- Analyze a text’s effective and ineffective use of rhetoric – where did the argument succeed and fail?
- Analyze one piece of argumentative text (text = article, book, poem, image, speech, film, op-ed, etc.) and make sure to completely introduce it in your introduction paragraph (author/title/summary)
