I need a first level disseration around this topic – my research questions are as follows
How did America become the de facto global power, and did it maintain
control by using tactics concurrent with neo-colonialism?
· What has driven partisanship in America, and subsequently, what policies
have been
shaped by polarisation?
· In the Global neo-colonialist landscape how have changes in US domestic
policies impacted her capacity to enforce global norms, enforce regulations and
uphold economic
stabiliy?
· In an ever-increasing neo-colonialist landscape, what are the long-term
consequences
of a polarised US?
I also want you to focus on the middle east primarily syria and afghanistan to highlight through a case study my arguments and key points.
The research I will subsequently present here aims
to understand the driving forces and consequences that have been central to the
growth of American political polarisation. The objective of this study is to
elucidate the concept America has been the archetypal and biggest
neo-colonialist power, of the mid-20th and early 21st century,
as well as how partisanship within the country has led to its overarching
control within the global sphere diminishing, using Syria and Afghanistan as case
studies.
