How Limited Resources Weakens the Possibility of Positive Student Outcomes of Students at Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (Main Street Academy)

For the final stage of this project, you will record a video of yourself giving a
presentation that summarizes key aspects of your project. When preparing
this presentation, keep in mind the following aspects:
1. Intended audience: the board of the organization where the challenge
unfolded. Be prepared to deliver a professional presentation (using
professional language and attire are part of this aspect) and use visual
aids like a PowerPoint presentation (a Prezi or other similar formats are
also acceptable). Assume that the board is meeting online, and they
asked you to record this presentation as a video that the board
members will watch during the next meeting.
2. Goal of the presentation: assume that you were hired as a consultant
who has the expertise of analyzing the organizational challenge from
the perspective of organizational behavior (OB) concepts. Your goal as
a consultant is to present (these are the required sections of the
presentation):
a. A clear and concrete assessment of the organizational challenge.
Include citations to organizational sources as you did in the final
deliverable.
b. A feasible plan that will help the organization to address the
challenge. Please include all the elements in letter c. of the Final
Deliverable: i. the key aspects, stages, or parts of the
organizational challenge. ii. Who are the responsible parties for
addressing them? iii. Specific actions to address these aspects,
stages, or parts. iv. Resources that the organization will need. In
this section include the graph of section d. of your Final
Deliverable.
c. A strong conclusion where you explain to the board the
Organizational Behavior concepts that you used in your analysis.
Provide a succinct definition, a citation, and a brief explanation of
why that concept is relevant to the organization. At least three
class concepts are required in this section.
