The literature review shall include the reference (citations) list at the end, that is excluded from the word count.
The word count for the literature review must not exceed 2000 words (1500 words minimum).
The resources used must be listed in official scientific databases, in particular, Web of Science and/or Scopus. Use of any other database would need to be approved by me (I would need to check if they are approved by my university).
If there are any other literature reviews on similar topic, the conclusion, RQ and the review itself must differ (to bring something “new” as a result).
Justification (i.e. its relevance and/or knowledge gaps) and the statements you claim need to be supported with the literature. The work shall be a balanced, scientifically informed literature review. Avoid filler words (e.g. “unprecedented”) and adapt hedging strategies, whilst aiming to write more to-the-point.
The paper shall have introduction, “body”, and conclusion. Attached is an example of the review done by a student provided by university.
