Impact of the Interactions Between Emotional Intelligence and the Triarchic Theory of Intelligence on Success

the paper must have a minimum of three reference sources. the preferred type of reference source materials will come from psychological journals. the entire paper must be in 12-point font, arial style, double-spaced, with 1 inch borders all around.  The entire paper is expected to be paraphrased.  That is, there will be NO quotes allowed in
this paper whatsoever.  Every paragraph
in the paper must be paraphrased and must contain in-text citations
(in correct APA format) to let the reader know where you acquired the
information that you paraphrased.  Personal
opinion, and personal reflection, are not to be conveyed in this type of paper.  Rather, you are to convey ONLY the findings
published by other authors through paraphrasing their work and placing an APA-style in-text citation in
each and every paragraph of the of the paper to let the reader
know where you got the information. 
Since you are summarizing literature in this literature review, this
paper WILL NOT have sections in the Body that resemble a scientific
experiment (so, for example, there will
be NO separate Methods sections, and
NO separate Results section, because
you are not writing-up an experiment).  You are simply writing a review of the
literature that exists on the topic. Your paper should include an abstract and reference page.
