But we also learned about ways in which everyday Americans are finding room for improvement, resisting these historical economic trends in unexpected ways.
In roughly 200-250 words, describe one way in which Americans are making a difference in the economy in unexpected ways. You are welcome to elaborate on any of the course elements in the Module, or do a little research on your own to share with the class. What might these “improvements” reveal about how we define “American” culture and society in an anthropological sense?
