The second third of your project will be offering a viable, plausible solution using support from outside sources. The final third will be in justifying your solution. Your topic MUST focus on a problem facing our environment whether it be disposable diapers or the danger of deep sea oil drilling. Your proposal must be plausible and logical. Required Sources
