Our main goal is to improve our Physical Education
curriculum by incorporating kickball as a vital component, aided by innovative
technology. The primary goal is to promote kickball as a fun and engaging team
activity while using technology to improve our students’ overall physical
fitness and wellness experience.

In pursuing this goal, we understand the revolutionary power
of fitness applications and wearables with advanced activity-tracking
capabilities, such as Fitbit and Google Fit. We aim to seamlessly integrate
these technologies into kickball lessons, resulting in a dynamic and
interactive environment that motivates students to actively evaluate and track
their physical fitness progression.

The proposed activities for this program are intended to
