I am working on my bachelor thesis titled “Integrating VR and AI for Personalized Real Estate Marketing: A Case Study of Remax.” I am seeking assistance with two specific tasks:
1. Literature Review:
– I need a comprehensive literature review that spans a minimum of 10 pages (1.5 line spacing).
– The review should cover relevant AI and VR technologies in real estate marketing, with a focus on how these technologies enhance personalized marketing efforts. Please make sure everything is cited
– Connect the discussion of these technologies to the Technology Acceptance Model, addressing how different factors (e.g., perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) influence the adoption of these AI tools. Also, I slightly changed the model, by adding few more variables, like customer satisfaction, engagement, loyalty and privacy concerns. I should add information to my lit review that shows the connection between these variables. I attached the photo of how this model looks like. Please include a section that clearly shows how the variables in my study are connected with each other, through the lens of the TAM.
– Since my thesis includes a case study on Remax, include any available information on how Remax is utilizing these AI technologies. If Remax isn’t using some of these tools yet, you can discuss the potential benefits and challenges of adoption.
2. Introduction Revision:
– I need to revise the introduction of my thesis. I have attached a file containing my supervisor’s feedback, which should be incorporated into the revised version. It’s 3 pages long. I also attached a document template where I should write my thesis.
