You have been asked to write an article for The TQM Journal. [More information

be of a theoretical nature, be based on practical experience, report a case study
situation or report experimental results.
You may choose one of the following topics. You must contact the lecturer for
approval/clarification if you want to propose your own topic.

Paper requirements:
All assignments should be submitted in accordance with University regulations with
cover page containing individual paper title, full name, student registration number,
programme details, date of submission, and word counts. The main content (normally
counting from Introduction to Conclusion) of your article should be within 3,000+/-
10% words in length (excluding the cover page, abstract, reference list and appendix if
any). Abstract must be structured and contains no more than 250 words (including at
most 12 keywords). All figures and tables should be named and numbered. Each
paper must contain a minimum of 10 journal articles plus other sources, e.g. internet
links, textbooks, magazines, etc. Recently published papers (within the past 5 years)
are recommended. References must be in Harvard Style (see “Harvard Referencing”
on MyPlace).
