Please the apprpriate editis (AMA format) per the professor and combine the documents and associated resourses into one document. All casual language should be removed as this is scientific writing. Below is what he wrote me in a email and a link to a youtube video he created to help with the corrections.
1. Avoid conversational language and try to avoid anything that is beyond the scope of risk factors for AC or ST
2. Need to expand the details of the methods. This is your recipe. It helps the committee to guide you and to ask questions; its important b/c the committee often discovers things that can help your process
3. (Please remove this from the main paper) I would strongly recommend not doing the qualitative component. Why? 1) You already work full time and you have to do the quantitative component, 2) the time it takes to recruit people, 3) the time it takes to interview, and 4) (main one) none of us have experience in this area to guide you
4. Need to redo the review of studies section.
