In this essay, you will research and discuss a conflict transformation situation.
Use some of the concepts discussed in Assignment 1 as the start of your essay outline. In your essay, include conflict transformation and resolution definitions, demonstrate an understanding of the parties in the conflict situation you have chosen, and explore attempts/approaches to mediation. You may also compare and contrast examples as well.
Your paper should be 8-10 double-spaced pages with critical analysis and secondary research (academic journals, reports, and grey literature). You are expected to do some original research using academic sources. Your conflict resolution or transformation example should be uniquely your own, though you may expand on an example mentioned in the online course material. For an essay of this length, expect to use two (2) scholarly sources per page, with a references page at the end of your assignment. Use proper citations, and the updated APA referencing style. Your references page does not count towards your page count.
